I’m Vinny Murthy, MBA, a seasoned HR leader with 15+ years of experience supporting fast-paced operations at companies like Amazon, Target, Best Buy, Lineage Logistics, and NorthPoint Development.

I’ve led HR across multi-site environments, implemented new HRIS systems, built engagement programs that reduced turnover, and partnered with leaders at every level to solve real business problems — not just HR theory.
